[Source] Restored

Service for the website and svn has been restored.  We have one month to 
figure out a better hosting service.  I'd be happy with moving the svn 
archive to sourceforge and hosting the website someplace.

Given my schedule this month I'll likely add one more month to the 
hosting company.  So let's plan to move off dreamhost by Sept 30st.
