[Source] jgeom Source Forge project

I have made the initial import of the jgeom source code and a tar-gzipped release to the jgeom SourceForge project at https://sourceforge.net/projects/jgeom/

The source code is in the browsable subversion repository.

The download jgeom_1_0_0.tgz contains:
  - source code and a build.xml configuration file for ant
  - generated javadocs
  - a compiled jgeom-core.jar library
