[Source] meta node, key attribute

The X3D schema and DTD is now fully consistent with each other and HTML.

I've added some additional helpful tests to X3D Schematron and also
provided helpful reference links in the X3D Tooltips.

The next version of X3D-Edit will have improved editing panes for the
meta tag that supports these various fields and references.
