Thanks for your note Paulo. I've cc:ed the developer lists
corresponding to your Xj3D and X3D-Edit problem reports below.

I have also directly copied our other key NPS developers, Terry and
Mike. Although we don't typically use Linux here, we'd be happy to
support it if possible.

Further questions are welcome. We will be happy to advise on changes
and integrate them into the source build if you come up with any (such
as your runX3dEditUnix.sh tweaks). Since that shell script is tuned for
Mac, you might be better off to create a runX3dEditLinux.sh script for
testing.

Xj3D questions are best handled on the source at web3d.org mailing list.
Yesterday we updated a new build of Terry's for the NPS branch, and
upgraded X3D-Edit. Nothing linux-specific there but might be helpful.

You should be able to check out a copy without an account. If you have
Xj3D changes that you want to submit, we are happy also to test them on
our branch build, then commit and merge into the trunk when appropriatate.

We will look at whether a linux build is possible locally but are very
busy at present. Wish list item...

Wondering are you going to be at Web3D 2013 Conference in San Sebastian
next week? Am happy to meet with you there, if that is an option for
you. I also hope to attend SIGGRAPH in July.

Thanks for your note, good luck with your work.
