[X3D-Public] Parsing error fron a createX3DFromString() (UNCLASSIFIED)

I am using a small, existing X3D program and tailoring for my network
application.
  
I get a parse error when trying to display in an Xj3D viewer and cannot
determine the error in the string that is constructed for the above utility.

If someone could take a look at please let me know.
