[X3D-Public] X3D and E-Learning - Web3D.org

Hi folks,

This is just a heads up that I've decided to join the E-Learning SIG. I've worked with 3D, VR and Second Life in educational environments. There is great promise, but there definitely needs to be some direction for faculty and staff. A special interest group for X3D is a great idea to get it integrated into the learning process. 

Credentials: I've been working with X3D for a couple years now, have extensive experience writing educational software (web and mobile) via my work at University of Michigan and private business, have taught interactive application design, have designed ebooks, and am familiar with web standards (and the standards process).

looking forward to hashing out some great stuff for X3D E-Learning,
