[X3D-Public] X3D Mime Types application review

The X3D Working Group is preparing a formal submission to the
Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) to support X3D Mime Types.

Comments are welcome.  This work will continue to be reviewed and
improved during X3D Working Group meetings each week.
