I'm happy to announce that X3D-Edit 3.3 now includes support for exporting X3D scenes to X3DOM .xhtml pages.

	https://savage.nps.edu/X3D-Edit

or plugin autoupdate feature for X3D-Edit/Netbeans users

X3D-Edit invocation:

	X3D menu >
	Export from X3D >
Export as XHTML page with embedded X3DOM scene

Also available online:

- stylesheet that performs the conversions, X3dToX3dom.xslt, which also adds a overlaid zoom button, metadata summary, a table displaying current X3DOM support for the nodes contained in a given scene, and the X3DOM console.

	etc.

- Example authoring template page, designed for easy author modification. Explanatory comments included within. Exposed in X3D-Edit as "New X3DOM .xhtml" button.

- Updated all X3D example archives, over 3000 scenes with autoconverted X3DOM .xhtml included online.

Many thanks to the Fraunhofer team and other X3DOM developers for all of the tremendous online resources which helped in this effort.

Further progress is planned. Test reports and feature requests are most welcome as work continues.

Have fun with X3D! 8)

all the best, Don
