[X3D-Public] Touch interface and X3D players

For view3dscene: the underlying engine (Castle Game Engine) supports
multi-touch with all bells and whistles (see bottom of
http://castle-engine.sourceforge.net/news.php?item=2014-05-01 ), on
Android and iOS. Although the standard VRML/X3D navigation code (used
for Examine and Walk cameras) does not use multi-touch in any special
way, but it's very within reach to e.g. implement zooming on "pinch"
(contributions are welcome :)
