Hello Holger,

super, these are exciting times ! Thank you for working so hard on the
cobweb browser, and sharing the results openly.

Let me know if I can assist in realizing support for the geospatial
component since you hinted at this.There is the x3dom code base but it may
not always be easy to follow. GeoOrigin support is still important although
deprecated.

Do x3d scripts have access to the DOM on the html page on which the <x3d>
tag lives, in cobweb ? Is it possible to use document.getElementById() from
a x3d script ? This way one could query html UI elements from inside the
x3d runtime and act on them, or update html elements following x3d events.
