[x3d-public] new + updated X3D schema documentation for JSON and XML encodings

Roy has committed an update to X3D JSON Schema thanks to troubleshooting by John Carlson.

Per Roy's request, have also added autogenerated X3D JSON Schema documentation using new-release update from XML Spy by Altova.

Similarly updated X3D XML Schema documentation using that new release, and updated the build.xml Ant script that deploys them.
