	The MFString specifies zero or more SFStrings enclosed in single quotes (e.g., '"string1" "string2"').

might also say

	XML further allows attribute values to be contained by double quotes, and escaping of " characters as " character entities.

	An allowed alternative that meets XML requirements might also be zero or more SFStrings enclosed in double quotes (e.g.,
	""string1" "string2"").

An alternative encoding for EXAMPLE 2:

	<Text string=""He said, \"Immel did it!\""" />

Of note is that various combinations of " and " are possible when an XML attribute is contained by 'single quote' characters.

all the best, Don
