[x3d-public] Patches to X3dToJson.xslt

Here are some patches for X3dToJson.xslt.

They involve:
1.  Keeping track of whether you’ve seen outer start and end quotes
2. Processing “” differently than “”” (actually \”\”\”)
3. Quoting “” when it appears as \”\” (without spaces around it
4. Handling \n and keeping it the same in JSON.


There are corresponding patches in X3DJSAIL which I will post next.
