Status report.

Thanks John.  Have added this note.  If the (unused) croatian tooltip file can be fixed/deleted, then we will work on the other offending image file.

John Mikhael and  Dave Brondsema, we are trying to simply delete that file since it is not needed.  Previous attempts to get SourceForge resolution haven't succeeded.

If possible, permission granted to delete  x3d-3.1.profileCroatian.xml

If instead you want to replace it, please do so.  A clean copy can be found at
http://web3d.org/x3d/content/x3d-3.1.profileCroatian.xml
