[x3d-public] Hyperlink and form support and XForms

Thanks for your post Philip.  This is a great idea and worth pursuing further.

The X3D Working Group would definitely be interested in exploring proposals or examples showing how to adapt XForms with Xf3D/HTML5/SVG.
