> a. X3D Semantic Web Workshop.  We decided to reserve an hour on morning of Friday 26 JUL 2019 on the workshop day immediately preceding the formal Web3D 2019 Conference.  Registration will not be required, attendance is open, a zoom channel will be provided for both audio and video.


Minimal conference support is planned for Friday's meeting. At this time 
conference support includes only the following:

 1. Room availability approximately 10AM on 26 July.
 2. Conference seating for 24
 3. Web3D Consortium projector, screen, and PA
 4. Extension cords to distribute room power (no additional power is
    being requested)
 5. Water pitchers and drinking glasses

If any additional support is required, please send your request to the 
planning committee or conference chairs (Nicholas Polys and Feng Liu)
