In addition to the Mozilla firefox source, there is also the chromium
source for webaudio:

https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/refs/heads/master/third_party/blink/renderer/modules/webaudio/

In either case it will be probably hard to scrape/adapt that code.
