[x3d-public] Cleanup of www.web3d.org/x3d/stylesheets/java/node

One thing I should add to java/node/node is the X3Dautoclass.js generator.
Presently, this is only in X3DJSONLD.

Let me know if it would be better to put the java/node/node folder as
java/node/src or not. Or just move X3Dautoclass.js (plus above) to
java/node.
