[x3d-public] Convert to X3D (from glTF, OBJ, STL, Collada, ...) and change X3D encodings using online Castle Game Engine converter

I also tried converting a V2.0 wrl file to XML. I got many many DEFs that I
did not expect.

I am beginning to see the need for better Validation tools, and roundtrip
conversions (if possible).
