Here is the section we are talking about. Search for LOA4 and get the 12-14
occurrences.

Note this is the "IS"--my understanding it is the latest and greatest,
although we haven't gotten approval from ISO to release it, per Don.

One may way to check against the FDIS, I presume, but I have only checked
the headers of the LOA4 examples.
