Hi John, 
Sometimes the players just don’t do hanim skin so the skin is missing or stationary and sometimes a browser forgets that an ifs gets (is supposed to get) autogenerated texcoords, or something. In these cases, I’d rather look at the user code than player event logs.

Note that XML versions work fine (not in index.html, hmm), so I would focus on Protos and the JSONParser.js   We could dump the XML that the JSON is converted to.

These are missing the humanoid, with no error, but we could turn on logging.   I had problems that I couldn't see the main scene under the log.
