[x3d-public] Patreon for browser and authoring systems

I asked Holger the other day to set up a Patreon account.   Perhaps this
would be a way to appreciate our volunteers?   I won’t take payment, but
contributions could boost interest in X3D?   Look at the push history of
create3000, for example.
