[x3d-public] X3DJSONLD Classic VRML inlines.

Has the new release of app.js server in the top folder.  I haven't tested
the three-x3d-loader.  I currently only load through HTML documents and
Inlines (maybe ExternProtos, but I don't recommend it yet).   There are no
changes to JavaScript loading (loading the text areas) on the web app.
