[x3d-public] JinLOA4 package

The way the package works is it first runs the JavaScript scenegraph, X3D0,
produced by X3DJSONLD’s JavaScriptSerializer.js.  Then it reads in the
jin2.js scaling code.  The jin2.js code scales the humanoid in X3D0, then
produces XML output.
