[Korea-chapter] X3D v3.3 specification available online

The X3D Working Group is happy to announce that the latest and complete
X3D version 3.3 specification is available.

This edition is the Draft International Standard (DIS) specification
which has undergone multiple series of reviews by ISO Member nations,
most recently being the ISO Proposed Draft Amendment (PDAM) review.

The primary additions in this version are the Volume rendering component,
relaxation/deprecation of GeoOrigin in the Geospatial component, addition
of the MedicalInterchange profile, and addition of the UNIT statement
to vary base and derived units for scene length, angle, force and mass.
Multiple specification refinements and errata have also been approved.

As ever, comments by the general public and Web3D Consortium members
are welcome.  The working group diligently reviews and resolves all
issues and improvements, both on mailing list dialog and frequent
(typically weekly) teleconferences.

Ongoing improvements are welcome.  We are grateful to work with so many
