[X3D-Ecosystem] expand USEs prior to Blender imp

My thought is to expand USEs to full nodes before Blender touches it, and
convert blender object names back to DEF/USE after export from Blender, in
a post processing step.  So we don’t have to worry about DEF/USE inside
Blender.

However, the importer already has the concept of a “real node”—It’s an X3D
thing, not really a Blender thing.
