[X3D-Ecosystem] Blender X3D HAnim to VRM export

I have a good python script, AFAICT, from *unmentionable* and me,  that
works mostly for Blender VRM export.  You'll need to provide a joint
mapping file, created when exporting VRM from the GUI.  Note that I've not
viewed VRM files outside of blender.

I'm not going to post here, just letting you know in case you're interested
in this sort of thing.

VRM is the HAnim of glTF, or that's what I gather. It's designed for
Mixamo/Anime, but has blender import/export.  There's a 1.0 specification
of VRM.

It's nowhere close to LOA4, and seems in tune with Blender nomenclature
(uses "pose")
