[X3D-Ecosystem] Extremely simple non-addon Blender python script to load X3D file

Attached is a simple Python script that I used to load an X3D file,
localcenters.x3d, also in the zip.

Command line usage is in the shell script, if you have difficulties
changing the filename in localrotation.py to something that Blender can
access.

I must be missing something.  I'm guessing it has something to do with
getting the center into the matrix multiplication somehow.

View the file with castle-model-viewer, etc., then view the file in Blender
and start the animation.

Joe, I'm going to load your localcentersjoe.x3d next.
