[X3D-Ecosystem] Extremely simple non-addon Blender python script to load X3D file

Here's a more advanced example which still doesn't meet the mark, with
localcentersjoe.x3d.  The .blend file shows the result (but you can run the
shellscript as well).

This is with Blender 4.1.
