[X3D-Ecosystem] PREF_FLAT True or False?

Okay, I've discovered some more. If the Transforms aren't there, then
non-HAnim animation doesn't work, because if the Transforms don't animate,
then neither does the IndexedFaceSet. For example, the Joe "Kick" ball
doesn't animate.

So we've got a conflict between not wanting transforms, and flattening the
hierarchy, and wanting regular animations.
