[X3D-Ecosystem] ANARI Demo Viewer

I managed to get the ANARI Demo Viewer working.  I'm not sure if ANARI will
allow me to do reflections and refractions. I was able to get it working
with SDL2 and Wayland under WSL 2.  I'm also looking for something that
will render ray-tracing animations.  It looks like I may need to go to VTK
or PyVista, instead of something with Rust and TypeScript.  Anyway, I had
to install a few packages under Ubuntu 25.
