[X3D-Ecosystem] OSC mocap support in X3D Browsers

Wow, this, this sounds great Aaron. Am not aware of any such conversion. I
have copied our primary browser implementers to check.

Suggest checking whether this great-looking tool might support BVH file
export. If so, we can bring the outputs right into an HAnimMotion node for
interoperable animation.

Meanwhile, here’s some interesting related information (restricted to Web3D
Consortium): One of the national standards bodies in ISO will soon be
proposing a Mocap draft standard. They have committed to work together with
our Web3D HAnim working group to ensure it is correctly aligned with other
parts of the HAnim standard.
