[X3D-Ecosystem] OSC mocap support in X3D Browsers

Correction, I believe I have at least 3 mocap network protocols (but only
tested on a single machine, with multiple “viewers”). I have only recently
gotten into rotations.
Don, can you forward the mocap standard to me?
