[X3D-Ecosystem] SaxonJS 3

The reason I sent this is because Saxon JS 2 uses a vulnerable version of
axios, and I’d like to upgrade X3DJSONLD and pythonSAI to the latest
version, hopefully getting a more recent version of axios.  Meanwhile, I
suggest backing up package-lock.json and node_modules then do “npm install”
to hopefully upgrade axios and Saxon JS 2.

So I’ll probably upgrade in the next few days.

PythonSAI will probably be deprecated soon…
