[X3D-Public] Web3D 2009 Symposium paper sessions and other events available online

The 14th Web3D 2009

Symposium was held from 16 - 17 June 2009 at Fraunhofer Institute for
Computer <http://www.web3d.org/?URL=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.igd.fraunhofer.de>
Graphics(IGD) in Darmstadt, Germany. It addressed a wide range of topics
covering 3D hypermedia on the web. Attendees shared and explored methods of
using, enhancing, and creating new 3D web and multimedia technologies, such
as X3D, VRML, COLLADA, Croquet, MPEG4, Java3D, and Canvas3D. The symposium
also addressed new trends such as interactive 3D graphics applications on
mobile devices.


The recordings of the paper sessions and other events are now available

Proceedings of the symposium are available via ACM SIGGRAPH and
Eurographics.
