Hi Ben
"
Does anyone know what will happen to the source code for Vivaty Player and
Vivaty Studio, which I believe have been closed source for quite a while? It
would be a shame for all of this hard work on X3D to go to waste."
Unfortunately the IP is being sold off and I doubt the acquirer is going to
want to part with either of those things. I can't say who the acquirer is,
unfortunately :-(
And yes, it's a damn shame. :-(
I commented about Ajax3D earlier. I have that site parked. It needed a
reboot and a Spam cleanup anyway. The bb software we chose was full of
security holes. Let's discuss restarting that effort and integrating efforts
with X3DOM, either on this list or elsewhere.
