[x3d-public] Proposal: expressions

Validation for syntax and type checking could be done easily, at least more easily than scripts (the expression syntax I propose is way simpler than JavaScript). The main advantage I see in expressions is simplification, not enabling applications which weren't feasible before. Event utilities, like interpolators, can replace scripts in some cases, but require more nodes and routes.
