Here are some files that could use verification. These files and
generating procedure for centers and translation need to be vetted. I have
done little testing and comparing with the standard.

These found*.txt files need a tiny bit of editing before putting into your
process, don't just stick them in and expect them to work.

I really was very surprised how far I could get with essentially grep and
sed.

Here are the generated files from genfoundcenters.sh

foundcenters.txt - centers from HAnimModel*.x3d
foundsegmenttranslations.txt -- translations from skeleton6.x3d
foundsitetranslations.txt -- translations from skeleton6.x3d
foundskeletoncenters.txt -- centers from skeleton6.x3d
foundtranslations.txt - translations form HAnimModel*.x3d

Note that for hands and feet, the results between HAnimModel*.x3d and
skeleton6.x3d.

skeleton6.x3d should be the rest of the skeleton and sites.

I believe some sites are missing from skeleton6.x3d. They can be found in
the A.* files. HAnimModel*.x3d apparently is missing sites?

Here are the files to edit:

sed.sh
sitesed.sh

in sed.sh put `cat *centers.txt` along with A.2...
in sites.sh put `cat *translations.txt` with A.3...

I will give you more code if you're interested in generating an XML file.

I have found the dimensions for wrist and talus missing in one file, and
extra names in another site. Hmm!

Ideally, I will create a website with this information and code.
