[x3d-public] ECMAScript SAI Example Hello World

Updated with here doc. Next, we need to provide a Browser implementation
for standalone ECMA scripts. Volunteers?  Can we pull the SAI
implementation out of X_ITE or other for standalone use?  Create a
ECMAScript library out of X3DJSAIL?  Create stylesheet that generates
X3DESSAIL from X3DUOM?
