➢ I think the discussion here is why Annex A only has #VRML 2.0 ("wrl" examples).

Annex A versions that I have seen are mostly user code from v1. 
The tables in A and B are v2 but the listings are v1 and I think even the loa4 listing is really only loa3 v1

The point is, I think, make a complete loa4 v2, then work back to get the lower loas.
