[x3d-public] Fwd: ProtoInstance USE without name

All the testing has been done ages ago now. The whole reason it came up
before was that Holger did not include name in XML. name used be required
and it still is when USE is not specified, to the best of my memory.
The whole thing with JSON is that it’s a new encoding and hopefully we
don’t have incorporate bad ideas from other encodings.
