[x3d-public] 19777-6...Little Elves in my GitHub account?

It appears that this has been sitting in my GitHub repository for some
time.  I nearly deleted my repository!

The work was done in late January and early February of 2019.

Please review for possible inclusion of AMD-1 of 19777

I have been checking for new parts to 19777 and did not see a Python
part before, to my knowledge?

I think someone should probably pull this into their repository, so
there's a copy of it in more than one place?
