[x3d-public] X3D meeting minutes 15 OCT 2021: Web3D 2021 Conference preparations

Presentations are by video, prerecorded by any means necessary.  They will be distributed on schedule using the WHOVA engine.  In general, there should be 20 minutes (for example) of video presentation, a matching slideset, followed by 5-8 minutes of questions & discussion.

ACM Digital Library for Web3D Conference is open to public!  Open access occurs 30 days before and after the conference.  As shown in attached image, the statistics are astonishing (10 thousand downloads so far this year, a quarter of a million downloads overall!)

Latest snapshot of X3D4 Architecture specification has been released to ISO national bodies as a formal Committee Draft (CD) for comment and balloting.  All feedback welcome, we continue to resolve editorial Mantis issues and track changes online at
