[x3d-public] X3D3 JSON deprecated

Your present X3DJSON should continue to work.   We plan to upgrade
X3dToJson.xslt write out X3D4, so the version of schema will be 4.0,  also,
since the X3D 4.0 version is in the new X3D JSON, that version will work.

I know this may be a real pain modifying all your data files, but we have a
lot work to do.

It is also suggested you use X3DUOM 4.

If you have any issue with 3.0-3.3 data files, try switching to 4.0.
