[x3d-public] Capturing objects with points

Hello
Continuing the previous theme, is it possible to capture smartphones
coordinates by using some sensors, that transmit them, and then calculate
rotation angles for creating the 3d model?

If conditions are complex, maybe radio waves can be used if objects are not
fully visible or due to weather?
3d scanners seem possible, but can they exactly do that in real time?
