[x3d-public] Too much focus…not good for family life

My narrow focus on getting to details as well as I can in emails has
relegated me to the corner of the basement.  I guess I have a poor
volunteer/life balance.  I’m guessing this is more widespread in the
industry.  What approaches do people have beyond exercise, meditation,
music, … ?   I have issues with avolition.  I’m not opposed to creating a
playlist.   Recommendations?
