[x3d-public] ProtoBody completeness in nested Protos

Ok, a red sphere as the last Thing instance, as hoped for. view3dscene
also does this.

titania displays the last Thing as red sphere but the first Thing as
blue box. x-ite presumably does the same but not tested sofar.
