I am pretty sure there is Rectangle2D.   You could probably get familiar
with searching the X3DUOM’s ConcreteNodes.  Maybe search for Geometry,
since that’s what goes under the Shape element and represents non-texture
“tangibles.”

I suggest you get familiar with a tool such as Blender if you wish to
create a model.   Otherwise, you’ll probably end up with a bunch of similar
shapes in a skybox.
