[x3d-public] Refresh my development box

I’ve refreshed my development box, and plan to try Windows terminal +
Windows subsystem for Linux with either Debian or Ubuntu in the short term.
  It will take some time to get back up and running…

I also found a replacement Dell mouse which seems better than my old
Alienware which appeared to be causing the problem.
