[x3d-public] C/C++/C# SAI interface bindings, feedback

I've discovered that my MS Visual Studio can possibly load the
existing project files, but I'd like a template project or three with the
newest .h files, if possible!

For now, I guess we can put them in:

x3d / Code / [r33134] /www.web3d.org/x3d/languages (sourceforge.net)
<https://sourceforge.net/p/x3d/code/HEAD/tree/www.web3d.org/x3d/languages/>
{c,cpp,csharp}

Thanks!
